Fundamental house rules are found in our lease agreement .We also have general house rules on the notice board outside the reception.
Two visitors are allowed per student per time.
Sleepovers are allowed at a fee of R300 per night. The Residence manager has to be notified at least a day before and proof of payment has to be produced to the office before the visitor moves in for the night.
Security is very tight. We have our own security officers guarding the premises 24 hours. In addition, we have CCTV, electric fence and Arcadia Patrol security officers.
Our accommodation fees are inclusive of water and electricity so you do not have to pay anything extra.
